PROGRAM MANAGER: RESIDENTIAL SUSTAINABILITY ENERGY EFFICIENCY (SEATTLE)

Our client is a leading national consulting and services firm designing a broad range of Residential Energy Efficiency and Green Building programs.

They have improved the energy performance of millions of homes during their quarter-century history. With over 20 strategically located throughout the country, they work with Communities and Government, Contractors, Agencies and Utilities in Residential Energy program development and administration. This includes many types of programs and services such as:

- Home Energy Efficiency Audits (developed and conducted for utilities, government, agencies, etc.)
- Weatherization Programs
- Residential Renewables (i.e. wind, solar program development)
- LEED, Energy Star and Earth Advantage certification services and Build Green programs
- Energy Rebate, Incentive, Low-Income, Financing and Tax Credits (program development, application assistance)
- Community Home Energy Education Program Development
- HVAC/ Residential Retrofit Programs;
- Energy-Saving Systems Specification; Lighting, etc.
- Community Recycling (appliance recycling programs)
- Site Quality Assurance (validation services)
- Sustainable Design, Consulting, Education and Research

They seek a Program Manager to help lead their Seattle, WA branch and to:
Manage internal staff program professionals and oversee team integration
Assure timely, quality delivery of such programs
Guide the continuous improvement of programs to successfully achieve optimal performance and results
Coordinate field work/studies, ensure effective project communication, develop reports, etc.
Maintain and enhance relationships with trade allies and partners (utilities; contractors; agencies, etc.)
Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing, Field Services and other departments in the development and implementation of programs
Use scheduling and project management techniques to track project implementation
Effectively represent the organization to the public and to relevant industry and trade groups
Provide consulting and advice to specific projects to ensure adherence to program objectives
